My scanner needs to DIE, seriously 
*chucks scanner in dark corner*
Anyway, Sakura-chan from Naruto. I like Sakura-chan *gets shot* In particular in the 2nd part of the manga.
For this one I was looking for a dreamy feel. I used some cheap-ass crayons to color it. The effect was okay (before my scanner murdered it)
Media used: 2HB pencil, crayons

When I first say the lineart (just now) I thought you would CG it.. and yes, the scanner killed your colouring.. It's still good tho! Great job!!
